Information note pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003
Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, Veronafiere S.p.A.and RPM Media srl Group (jointly and equally Holders of the Processing) We inform you that personal data shall be treated manually and/or electronically, to answer Your request as well as, following Your approval, for the purpose of:
- creating customer profiles;
- sending communications, information, newsletter, studies and researches and promotional material, all also customised, regarding trade fairs organised by the Holders and performing market surveys using both automated (e-mail, fax) and conventional (surface mail, calls by operator) contact methods
- sending communications, information, newsletter, studies and researches and promotional material, all also customised, regarding products and third party services using both automated (e-mail, fax) and conventional (surface mail, calls by operator) contact methods
Providing personal data is not mandatory and the consequences of non-disclosure of this data are the inability of the Holders to pursue the purposes of the aforementioned processing.
The data shall be treated by the employees and cooperators of the Holders in their capacity as responsible and in charge of processing. The data may also be disclosed to companies or businesses that, on behalf of the Holders, process the data or arrange for mailing of the promotional material and conduct market surveys, appointed external processing managers for the purpose.
Based on the rights under article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, You may obtain from the Holder of the processing the confirmation that your personal data does or does not exist and that said that shall be communicated in an intelligible form. You may also ask to know the origin of the data as well as the logic and the purposes which the processing is based on. To obtain deletion, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking data processed in violation of law, as well as updating, correction or, if there is interest, the integration of the data. You may object, fully or partly, for legitimate reasons, to the processing although relevant to the purpose of collection as well as to processing of personal data. You may object, free of charge, fully or partly to the processing of personal data regarding you for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for performing market surveys or commercial communication performed with both automated (e-mail, fax) and conventional (surface mail, calls by operator) contact methods. Should your intention be that the processing of your personal data for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes is solely performed via traditional contact means, you may object to the processing of Your personal data via automated contact modes.
